Esmé can help you with a wide variety of ailments and will tailor her approach to your specific needs using a broad range of techniques to facilitate healing. She listens carefully, is friendly and approachable, and is committed to assisting you to achieve your best health.
Esmé Anna is a New Zealand-trained osteopath who graduated with Honours as a Master of Osteopathy through Unitec in Auckland. She is also a qualified massage therapist, trained through the New Zealand College of Massage, who brings years of bodywork experience to her osteopathic practice in Hamilton.
As a teenager Esmé discovered first-hand how effective osteopathic treatment can be and has been passionate about osteopathy ever since. Experience has given her confidence that the whole-person osteopathic approach delivers outstanding results for patients suffering from both acute and chronic conditions.
Esmé has done training through the Barral Institute New Zealand in Visceral Manipulation. She has also done training through the Upledger Institute Australia in Cranial Sacral Therapy. She uses both these methods where appropriate to get you the best results for your health.
